It's been a while, but if you look at the old jelly 1 javadocs, when you first
bring up index.html there are descriptions for each of the packages to the
right of the list of packages in the largest subframe.

Already done for nodes and actions packages. To be continued...

Fixed for all major packages. Not for modules sub packages.
