messages.log which is located in c drive of my computer.

When I start to create a new  project in netbeans
a message shows such "A java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError exception has occurred.
Please report this at http://www.netneans.org/community/issues.htlm,
including a conpy of your jmessages.log file as an attachment.
The messages.log file is located in your c:\Users\Dell\AppData\Roaming\NetBeans\8.2\var\log folder.
