deadlock.netbeans.org appears to be down at the moment.  It isn't returning an error code, it just isn't responding to requests.

The task.jar file can be downloaded from one of the following places:

http://bits.netbeans.org/8.2/fcs/uc/tasks.jar

http://updates.netbeans.org/netbeans/updates/8.2/uc/final/distribution/tasks.jar

The deadlock.netbeans.org server is an old infrastructure which going to be decommissioned soon.

We need to minimize our VMs fleet before final migration to Apache infra. Closing.
