Steps to reproduce:
install netbeans with java 1.8 (build 131 o similar)
uninstall java 1.8
install java 9
attempt to uninstall netbeans and error message shows since Java 9 doesn't has a JRE folder inside the JDK and if you change your javahome to jre path it doesn't recognize it as JRE.
