Several days ago I have created a forum account (I can provide the username/email combination if needed) but I have not received any activation e-mail.

The forum complained about some error in email.php, and that the activation e-mail could not be sent. Unfortunately, I did not took a screenshot of the error, as I assumed that the system will automatically retry after a while, but there was no additional information presented
