Created attachment 164987 [details] Ide Log After refactoring action refactoring window is not destroyed completely and base window object (without any elements) keeps floating around. This window can't be closed. I thought this should have been fixed at 8.0.1, but it still happens for me on 8.2 It doesn't happens always, but after a few times of refactoring, it certainly would happen. Only closing netbeans, and reopening would fix it. Attach is the ide log. The last parts should contain the issue if is log, since the ide is closed directly when the issue happened. Maybe something related to this: INFO [org.netbeans.core.windows.persistence]: [PersistenceManager.getTopComponentForID] Problem when deserializing TopComponent for tcID:'MultiView-php#002Esou5EB78B6Et#002Ehistory#007C_42'. Reason: Top component MultiView-php#002Esou5EB78B6Et#002Ehistory#007C_42 could not be located or loaded from Components folder.
