Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201708210001)
Java: 9; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 9+181
Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 9+181
System: Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64; Cp1252; en_CA (nb)
User directory: C:\Users\Gili\AppData\Roaming\NetBeans\dev
Cache directory: C:\Users\Gili\AppData\Local\NetBeans\Cache\dev

The external compiler recognizes and uses the Automatic-Module-Name JAR attribute, but the internal compiler doesn't seem to parse them so it thinks the modules do not exist.

Repro steps:
1. Create module A with Automatic-Module-Name = "com.project.a"
2. Create module B with module-info.java that "requires com.project.a"
3. Notice that project compiles fine (using the external compiler) but the editor annotates "requires com.project.a" with an error "module not found: com.project.a"
