so just like there is a File -> new -> 
Templates -> Java Beans -> Java Bean, add a 
File -> new -> Templates -> XML -> 
ContentHandler, where ContentHandler extends 
org.xml.sax.helpers.DefaultHandler.

Just to make extending the DefaultHandler 
easier.

Any user that needs it can create its own template. No need to clutter
the menu by too specifics options.
