The clickable area for the download button (#dlb) is in the wrong location

In Firefox (Developer Edition 55.0b3 x64) the download button on the https://netbeans.org/ homepage does not work, because the clickable area is in the wrong location (this is not the case for Learn More button, which works fine). See the attached screenshot for more information.

This bug does not happen in the other browsers I tested: IE 11 and Microsoft Edge 40 (EdgeHTML 15).

Also works fine in Chrome 48 and Opera 35
