When SVN message contains double quotes, an exception is thrown :

org.apache.subversion.javahl.ClientException: E165001: Commit failed (details follow):
E165001: Commit blocked by pre-commit hook (exit code 255) with output:
lucky""=="" was unexpected at this time.
E175002: MERGE of '[...]': 409 Conflict ([...])
