If you have a file that is not recognized by any dataloader, it has the "Treat as Text" action. If you perform this action, the file will have action "Convert to Default". This name is not consistent with Treat as Text. I suggest the action should be renamed to "Treat as Unknown". I suggest "Unknown" because it is more intuitive than "Default".
Petr, did you mean "Convert to Unknown" instead of "Convert to Default", didn't you? I sort of agree, maybe even better would be pair: "Treat as Text", "Treat as Unknown". However action "Treat as Unknown" should appear on similar place where action "Treat as Text" was to help user recognize that actions are of "toggle" type. UI team please help us to decide.
Yes, I agree. I mean "Treat as Unknown" sounds best.
I have changed version from 4.0 dev to S1S 4.2 (Nevada).
John, what do you think. What is the best name for opposit action to "Treat as Text"? - "Treat as Unknown" - "Treat as Unrecognized" - "Stop Treating as Text" - ...
"Treat as Unknown" sounds good, since Unknown is what the file displays before the user runs the command on it.
Okay, so lets call it "Treat as Unknown".
FWIW, "Stop Treating as Text" seems considerably more clear to me - "Treat as Unknown" seems terribly mysterious - especially is a user sets Treat as Text in one session, forgets about it, and see this menu item many sessions down the road. I know I'd be much more likely to remember "Oh yeah, I chose Treat as Text for .foobar files once" than to figure out what "Treat as Unknown" means. But maybe I just have poor long term memory :-)

Fixed as part of another issue, along with making behavior of convert to text more intuitive. Convert to Text -> Open as Text - and it opens the file after setting the loader. Warning dialog removed. Convert to Default -> Stop Treating as Text - and if the file is open, will warn the user that if they proceed it will be closed.
