for this formatting option extension, we need nbts to be a friend of the used modules.

It looks like I don't have push access on core-main..I will try main. It has been a while since I pushed some things myself versus patches, so will see.

If the plugin depends on being a friend, it won't work in existing NetBeans versions. I'll implement formatting customization another way.
