The copy past keyboard shortcut (ctrl+c , ctrl+v .. etc) functionalities does not works, when writing with non-english like Arabic, parsian, Hebrew .. etc.

I am using Arabic,

Does it work in other file types, e.g. JS or Java? Could you please test it? Also, please provide here exact steps to reproduce so we can test it ourselves. BTW it is always a good idea to attach the IDE log [1] once any problem occurs.

Yes the same, for others java, js, .. etc

So, reassigning to the editor, not a PHP specific issue.

The shortcuts are not working when I switch to arabic, but commands from menu are working. Is your issue shortcuts, or actions?
