The PHP Editor sub-package php.editor.verification contains interfaces and abstract classes which really need to be public. Having them marked as private prevents us from adding custom hints.

Would it be possible to either mark the package as public or even better, move the relevant interfaces/classes to a public folder.

These classes are not meant to be public, sorry. If you need them, feel free to copy them to your project (if the license is OK for you).
