opening a java file only shows history , the actual contents are not seen

Hi, thank you for report. But I would need netbeans log http://wiki.netbeans.org/FaqLogMessagesFile and some reproducible steps.

Is this behavior happening always or just once? 
Does Netbeans restart helped with it?
Is there something specific in your Netbeans setup or project properties?
