JPDAClassType.getInstances() fails on JDK9 with exception:
java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: target does not support getting instances

The JDK used by the debugged application:

java version "9-ea"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 9-ea+147)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 9-ea+147, mixed mode)

Fixed and works in JDK9 EA b160
