Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_111
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.111-b14

Reproducibility: Happens every time

2.8.1 pg. 62 IDE-install-directoryide/docs/org/netbeans/modules/usersguide does not exist on win10.

http://wiki.netbeans.org/FaqSettingHeapSize: "NetBeans 7.1.app/Contents/Resources/NetBeans/etc/" does not exist the proper location seems to be: ""IDE-install-directory/lib/visualvm/etc/visualvm.conf"
