Environtment:
-- NetBeans 8.2 Build 201609300101
-- Java: jdk1.7.0_02
-- Apache Tomcat 7.0.41
-- Windows 10 x64

Step to reproduce
-- Add some breakpoints
-- Debug J2EE web application using NetBeans 
-- Do several steps over, then steps into
-- NetBeans was hang and nothing I can do, except to close it from Windows Task Bar.
-- Just before NetBeans terminated, it shows progress of stopping tomcat and information that it become unresponsive for about 300seconds.

When you encounter a hang, please provide a thread dump:
