If the jarpackager API
(org.netbeans.modules.jarpackager.api.*) is in
fact stable and recommended, please:

1. Use OpenIDE-Module-Public-Packages to enforce
it. (Note that this will break apisupport. Ideally
apisupport would use Looks to add its special
properties to module JARs, but Looks is not here
yet...)

2. Write up some documentation for how to use it;
conventional place in sources: jarpackager/api/doc/

3. Publish the docs (see issue #22857).

4. API changes list nice but probably optional for
such a small API.
