Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.1 (Build 201510222201)
Operating System = Linux version 4.4.0-36-generic running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_101
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.101-b13

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * Create a Task JIRA Repository.
  * Use the following URL: https://simple-marauroa.jira.com. Provide necessary credentials.
  * Validate.

ACTUAL:
  Says it was unable to find a JIRA at that URL.

EXPECTED:
  Successfully add repository.

It used to work, not sure if the plugin is obsolete or requires some work to work with the hosted version
