Hi , I am author JPA Modeler. This plugin is extensively using many NetBeans module with implementation-version dependency.

So it means that if NBM created on NetBeans 8.1 , can be installed only on netbeans 8.1. In such case, We have to create 2-3 NBM on current available NetBeans version (e.g 8.02, 8.1, 8.2 upcoming).

But the issue is NetBeans with different language have different build version , Please see the issue in detailed here : https://github.com/jGauravGupta/JPAModeler/issues/44

E.g :
Netbeans 8.1 English version is build 201510222201
Netbeans 8.1 Spanish version is build 201511021428

It is not possible for us to release NMB for each NetBeans (version(8.1, 8.2) x each Language).

This should be solved when NetBeans release is built. Reassigning.
