When I update webapp version (for example by
'Tools->Update Web Application Version' menu item)
I get a 'Question' dialog with 'Help' button. If I
press that button - I expect to get a help page
about version updating.
But actually I get last opened help page or master
help page.

NB 3.4 RC1, W2k SP2, JDK 1.4

Requires web/advanced module installed. Helpset in not in standard distro.

Ok, but it looks strange for me: feature is included in standart
distribution and help for this feature is not included.

The docset is now included in the NB standard 
distribution.  Verified that it works for me in NetBeans 
dev build 200303030100.
