Some shortcuts are not supported although the
documantation mentions them.

Not supported shortcuts:
Alt+u f -Reverse the case of the first character
of the selected identifier

Alt+t - Scroll the text up so that the insertion
point moves to the top of the window while
remaining at the same point in the text.

ALT+m - Scroll the text so that the insertion
point moves to the middle of the window while
remaining at the same point in the text.

ALT+b -  Scroll the text down so that the
insertion point moves to the bottom of the window
while remaining at the same point in the text.

Once again, documentation bug. The scroll XXX shortcuts should be
Alt-U T, Alt-U M, Alt-U B. The reverse case action does not have
default shortcut (the name of the action is: "Switch capitalization of
identifier", code name: "toggle-case-identifier-begin"). Tested on
Sierra 020802.
