Description kbatizy 2002-08-01 18:29:51 UTC
When multiple files are opened in the editor, the
title bar is not updated with the selected file
name when switching files by clicking on the tabs
at the bottom of the editor.

The title bar will only update if you click out of
the editor window into another window within the
MDI layout (ie: output, explorer, properties).

Using Aqua L&F.
FFJ EE 4.0.
MDI interface ONLY...works in SDI.

Mac OS X 10.1.5 5S66
java version "1.3.1"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition
(build 1.3.1-root-020219-20:07)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.3.1, mixed mode)
Comment 1 Jan Lahoda 2002-08-05 09:25:02 UTC
This is probably problem of core/winsys.
Comment 2 Peter Zavadsky 2002-08-08 10:17:43 UTC
Tomas, please can you hava a look a it, and tell me if it happens on
Mac also with current dev builds (also to check if it happens with
3.3.2 if you would have a time) thanks.
Comment 3 kbatizy 2002-08-08 16:08:43 UTC
I was able to test this on OS X 10.2 6C115 and the problem exists on
that build as well.
Comment 4 Tomas Hurka 2002-08-08 17:22:25 UTC
I can reproduce it with NB 3.4 RC1 and also with NB 3.3.2
Comment 5 Peter Zavadsky 2002-10-15 17:18:36 UTC
I'm not able to reproduce it on dev build. What about you?
Comment 6 Tomas Hurka 2002-10-16 09:18:58 UTC
I am able to reproduce it. I guess this is Mac OS X specific issue and
probably the bug in JDK.
Comment 7 kbatizy 2003-03-18 19:27:47 UTC
Looks like Tomas was correct, as it no longer occurs with JDK 1.4.1_01
Comment 8 Marian Mirilovic 2003-03-18 20:07:41 UTC
Thanks, I am going to close it as WONTFIX for older jdk.
Comment 9 Marian Mirilovic 2003-07-25 19:22:26 UTC
closing.
