In the latest Sierra CE build, I noticed that Help | Bookmarks | NetBeans FAQs is broken, 
probably due to a NB site reorg.  The bookmark should probably point to 
http://www.netbeans.org/ide/support/faqs/index.html.  Terri Yamamato is responsible for  the 
S1S help menu content, so please check with her whether my suggestion is correct.

Branch sierra is closed for integrations -- "fixed" on web server side.

Fix approved for S1S 4.1 -- fixed in sierra branch.
