When a JIRA has sub-tasks, the Subtasks section of the JIRA is populated with a summary of those sub-tasks. There is a status field which one assumes is supposed to show the status of each sub-task (ie open, resolved, closed, etc) but instead this status field shows what I guess is the internal netbeans status as to whether the JIRA has been changed since it was last viewed, ie the status is either "SEEN" or "INCOMING_MODIFIED".
