Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201603210001) Operating System = Linux version 3.19.0-56-generic running on amd64 Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_74 Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.74-b02 Reproducibility: Haven't tried to reproduce it STEPS: * use a keyboard (or a laptop) with a numpad * turn numlock on, so you can use the numpad to enter only numbers * open NetBeans * use the IDE for some time, then try to push 0 on the numpad (this is also the Insert key when the Numlock is Off) ACTUAL: the editor goes into Insert mode as if I just pressed the Insert button. Numlock seems to be set to Off inside NetBeans I need to push the Numlock key again for it to work as expected EXPECTED: numbers appear in the editor when I press the numpad, when Numlock is On in my OS
I am sorry, but I cannot reproduce this issue. I am also using linux and numpad and I have never encountered such issue. Can you please find reproducible steps? I am making this P3 - you are the only one reporting this issue, without reproducible steps.
seems to be fixed as of 8.2
