Shows the issue

When there are no tests with errors/failures...

ACTUAL:
* the toolbar buttons for filtering for errors/failures a.s.o are available and they do nothing
* the next/previous error toolbar button does nothing, when there is no error

EXPECTED:
* the toolbar buttons for filtering for errors/failures a.s.o are only enabled when there are tests results, which can be filtered
* the next/previous error toolbar button is disabled, when there is nothing to navigate to
