Behavior:
In the "Find in Projects" dialog, when I hit Return, nothing happens.

Expected:
It should close the dialog and run the search, just like as if I had clicked "Find".

This works for me fine.

Is Find button enabled?
Can you please attach screenshot of the dialog before enter is pressed?

Yes, the button is enabled.

I have this problem on OS X only. I noticed that pressing "Ctrl-Return" works. However, this is inconsistent with the behavior in other dialogs.

The problem is caused by a JDK bug. It should be fixed in JDK 8u60.

Closing this issue as duplicate of bug 239241.
Please reopen it if you can reproduce the problem with JDK 8u60 or newer.
