I can't submit error, the "warning/info" message about "Missing reproducilibity" not disappears.

I don't what else do I have to complete to be available to submit the error!

Description has this: 
Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.1 (Build 201510222201)
Operating System = Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_66
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.66-b18

STEPS:
  * go to tab Services
	* select a db connection 
  * and try to delete it

ACTUAL:
  nothing happens!! the connection node doesn't disappear until I delete a 2nd connection.

EXPECTED:
  connection node should disappear

I just tested with netbeans 8.1 and with netbeans head (as of 2016-08-27) in both versions deleting connections works as expected.

Please see if the problem is reproducible - thank you.
