"Smart Build Analyzer" native project belongs to cnd.discovery module.
There is no any tests for library.

Please, provide at least one test.

Added two configurations (SunOS-Previse and SunOS-Previse_64) for target platform Solaris x86. 
Configurations build shared libraries with static checking options.
Added launcher to sanity check of pair shared libraries.

Integrated into 'main-silver', will be available in build *201512030002* on http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/ (upload may still be in progress)
