This report is based on issue #256456.

Attaching a sample project which in fact contains 2 "subprojects" (convertor projects based on composer.json file [1][2]). This project contains 3 files named bootstrap.php and if one invokes Go To File dialog on:

(a) project node, none is found;
(b) Source Files node, all 3 files are found.

Also, the checkbox "Prefer Current Project" shows "incorrect" (= convertor project's) name.

This is not true for Go To Type and Calculator class, it means that Calculator class is always found properly. Go to Symbol works as expected too.

Assigning to PHP since Easel seems to be working well (except the "Prefer Current Project" checkbox, of course).
