Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.1 (Build 201510222201)
Operating System = Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_72-ea
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.72-b04

Reproducibility: Happens every time

STEPS:
  * Create an HTML5/JS sample project (Angular JSPhoneCat)
  * After project opens, Open "bower.json" file from "Important Files"
  * Open "index.html" file
  * switch back to "bower.json",... if "bower.json" is selected in project window,... click and select a different file
  * right-click inside editor and hit "select in projects" from context menu

ACTUAL:
  nothing happens

EXPECTED:
  * "bower.json" should be selected in project windo
