This is a very annoying problem where we are not allow to zoom in or out the design editor where we use to drag and drop the component in the Jframe. It is hard to manage and design the component or JFrame when we use the resolution over 1024 x 670 on the jframe. 
I did found the Zoom extension but it is only for zooming the source code.
