When the option Source > Fix Uses... is clicked, the 'Fix Uses in Current Namespace' dialog is only shown in case there are cases where the user needs to choose the fully qualified name.

This allows to adjust 'Remove unused uses' before the actions are performed and will also allow to move more options into that dialog (see bug 255832).
