Help!

New user here. New to netbeans and javacard.

I followed the instructions here: https://netbeans.org/kb/docs/javame/java-card.html ("Java Card Development Quick Start Guide") ... however, I installed the latest versions of NetBeans IDE (8.0.2), Java Card Development Kit 3.0.5 classic and JDK (1.8.0_60).

Per the instructions, I open the Netbeans IDE, Tools, Plugins, Available Plugins and expect to see 3 java card plugins (Oberthur Java card Platform, Java Card Runtime Bundle and Java Card) but the list is empty.

Perhaps not a bug, perhaps this is user error ... How do I get the javacard plugins to appear in the Available Plugins list?

Please consider this matter resolved.

My corporate network uses a proxy and once I set it manually in the Netbeans IDE, I could then "Check for Newest" plugins and there they are, under Available Plugins.
