html editor is highlighting text so that it cannot be read. It is not using the selected highlight colour and is selecting text without being prompted. I have tried all setting in Netbeans that I can see might effect this without any effect. I would send you an illustration if I could see how to attach an image

I took some simple text and then highlighted it by dragging over the mouse. Most of the text is now invisible. It is covered by a grey area and not be the highlight colour which is blue. Whenever I click on a line I get the light bulb with the message 'remove surrounding tag'
