I was debugging my code and Netsbeans got slow...

I can see some excpetions in the log you have attached (SVN, network, PHP debugger). Does this situation happen regularly? If yes, please, create a profiler snapshot [1] - once the IDE gets slow, create a snapshot for e.g. 30 seconds, reopen this issue and attach the created snapshot here.
