The "Help" button on the Create Tests dialog does nothing, except it does show that I clicked on it.
Tested on Build 201508260002, with JDK8u60 and Ubuntu 14.04

As a lesser item (not worth filing a separate bug):
Should this dialog's title read "Create/Update Tests" to match the command that invokes the dialog?
