It would be good to have three more fields in the "Report a New Task" editor. To force reporter to specify how often the issue occurs please add a drop down menu "Reproducibility:" with 4 values:

   * Happens every time
   * Happens sometimes but not always
   * I haven't tried to reproduce it
   * I tried but I couldn't reproduce it

Selecting reproducibility will be mandatory.

In addition to that please add new text areas called: "Steps to reproduce:" and "Expected result:". Finally, "Description:" rename to "Actual result:". Only "Actual result:" and "Summary:" fields must be non-empty in order to enable "Submit Task" button.

"Reproducibility" and "Steps to Reproduce" makes sense only when reporting defects.

Should not be available to enhancements or tasks.
