I set "Placement" parameter of some application attribute (Project Properties -> Application Descriptor -> Attributes) to "JAD". When I reopen Project Properties, Placement of that attribute is "JAD and Manifest". Although Manifest doesn't contain it.

Tested on NetBeans IDE 8.0.2, Java ME Platform - SDK 8.1.
