Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201508120002) (#5591f9d24de6) Operating System = Linux version 3.13.0-37-generic running on amd64 Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0_51; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.51-b03; Oracle Corporation Runtime = Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_51-b16 Java Home = /home/cesilko/Software/Java/jdk1.8.0_51/jre System Locale; Encoding = cs_CZ (nb); UTF-8 Description: ============ If user starts to report an issue, then reloads attributes but suddenly has to catch a train, s/he decides to close the IDE as soon as possible which asks for confirmation what to do with the edited issue. When confirmation is closed by "Discard" button, the IDE throws java.lang.AssertionError and exits. See attached messages.log for the complete stacktrace. Steps to reproduce: =================== 1. Invoke "Help > Report Issue..." from main menu. 2. Provide your login credentials, wait until the issue window is opened and start to type "Short description". 3. Click "Reload attributes" link. 4. While the task is running, close the new issues editor, click "Discard" button and then close the IDE. Expected: IDE is silently closed. Actual: IDE throws java.lang.AssertionError and then silently closes.
