Sometimes (20%) when opening new project in my
fresh build 200206261324 I get NPE from
RequestProcessor.

I should add I have nothing opened but Explorer and Properties window
(SDI mode, so Source Editor with Welcome panel is closed) and I
repeatedly create new project (to reproduce one my bug :)).

I am sorry, I cannot reproduce it. Unfortunately the stack trace from
exception does not tell what is wrong. Closing as works-for-me. Reopen
if it happens again.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
