NB3.4 beta2 and taglibeditor from current trunk
source from Jun26.

I create new taglib, open tld file in editor and
add new tag. After this editor shos some garbage
(sequences of squares) inside comment blocks. It
helps to close and reopen the file but it is
annoyance.
