Select 'SendTo Validation Scripts' node
==> this article doesn't appear

In the file: 
cnd-main/cnd/javahelp/org/netbeans/modules/cnd/help/cndTOC.xml

The following line         
<tocitem text="SendTo Validation Scripts" />
should be changed to         
<tocitem text="SendTo Validation Scripts" target="sendto-vscript"/>
