Resizing gui

I use two external monitors, of which one is rotated 90°, and is where I usually place Netbeans.
Sometimes when the screens return from sleeping, Netbeans will not fill the screen as it should, but partially "jumps" out of the frame. I'm attaching a video to better illustrate what I mean.

Unplugging the monitors and restarting Netbeans usually fixes it (though not always).

OSX 10.10.2 (14C109).
Macbook Pro Retina "13 (MacBookPro11,1).

Does maximizing and restoring the window make any difference? This sounds like an issue with incorrect border calculation and most probably is caused by the monitors activation. Thank you
