1. Run NetBeans and open a web project with a WEB-INF folder.
2. Right click on WEB-INF and choose to create a new JSF Faces Configuration file.
3. Accept defaults at next dialog box and click the Finish button.

Results: The dialog box indicates Please Wait progress bar forever and the dialog can't be closed. The NetBeans process must be killed.
