Shows the prompts

The "Mercurial Push Dialog" has prompts of "User:" and "Password:", and the prompts for the (subsequent) "Authentication required" dialog should be identical.

Reason: Not only for consistency, but also because "Username" has special meaning in some organizations, and is NOT what you would type in this field! This results in some confusion for users.
