Issue seems to have started when upgrading our development IDE to 8.0.1 and 8.0.2, from 7.2.1.

Occasionally when starting up our platform project the project loaded will hang at 'Initializing Project...' All of our threads are idle or running as expected. This appears to be an issue within the Netbeans platform project open code from what I can tell.
