What the meaning of black background in "Variables" window?
Why some not selected lines are grey and some lines are black?
Comment 1 Jiri Kovalsky 2014-12-05 10:19:04 UTC
What is your version of Mac OS X? What is your version of JDK?
Comment 2 zlob.jc 2014-12-05 10:28:10 UTC
Mac OS X 10.9.5
java version "1.7.0_51"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_51-b13)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.51-b03, mixed mode)
Comment 3 Martin Entlicher 2014-12-05 10:50:17 UTC
It looks like black are the lines that are editable.
This is certainly a bug.
Comment 4 zlob.jc 2014-12-05 10:56:46 UTC
Its appears in 8.0.0 and present in 8.0.2
Comment 5 Jiri Kovalsky 2015-02-11 15:44:16 UTC
Correct assumption Martine. One has to click some editable value to manifest this bug. Since this is reproducible and looks weird it would be great if you look at it in 8.1 timeframe. Thanks.

It should be fixed by http://hg.netbeans.org/core-main/rev/6e1d790a10b5
